Subject: RE: Preferred bumper hitch tilt trailer.

I replaced my mega ramp trailer this year with a full hydraulic tilt because I got tired of folding ramps and the tail dragging going in and out of fields. I bought a MAXXD T8X 102 x 24 17,500 gvwr drive over fender bumper pull with 17.5 wheels, 8k axles, hydraulic tilt, hydraulic jack, tongue box, chain basket, winch, and remotes for tilt, jack and winch. I can do so much more than a ramp or gravity tilt trailer. With the remotes I can load the mini X or a tractor and flatten the bed as I drive on. I can hook a car and load just as quick as a roll back. 102 wide deck is no wider overall than a regular fender trailer but I can haul pallets and rolls of hay side by side. The hydraulic jack is not much more when you already have the power pack for the tilt. Makes hooking up so easy and quick. Add the Demco coupler and the combination is unbeatable. I back up to trailer and use remote to lower onto the hitch ball, the Demco coupler auto latches and all I do is get out hook chains and plug in lights and go. Unhooking is just as easy, get out unhook chains, unplug lights and raise latch on coupler, get back in truck, hit remote and drive away. I liked the coupler so much I replaced couplers on 4 other trailers with them after using this one. Not one thing I would change about this trailer for the way I use it.
