He does use the "appears to do" concept for increasing the "construction" of more LDL receptors at the liver.

He also says YMMV in regards to more LDL receptors being created

As I noted before, my stool's content and diameter changed with Berberine. So either gut bacteria did it, or internally a organ did this. I'd have to take a deeper dive in this topic.
