SCIL | My daughter and family have been in their brand new double wide for 2 1/2 years and during our last heavy rain event noticed their bedroom and living room ceiling both had water stains on them. I got on the roof with my son in law and didn't see any storm damage so we hired a home inspector to see if he could find something. He found several things and advised us to have a licensed roofer inspect it. We did and he found so much wrong from the factory and also the set up crew that he recommends replacing the whole roof. Dealer is denying any responsibility since it's out of warranty but we feel this is something that couldn't have been caught before now and has likely been leaking since the thing was set up. Couple other similar things plumbing related that couldn't have been seen until mold started showing up recently. Question is does anyone have any experience with legal means to get some reimbursement from them?
