Timeframe generally very important to this question. If you need fuel for this season, now is probably the time. Obviously anything can happen, but its probably not going to drop another $1 in the next 3 months. But if this is "need some fuel by next spring", this probably isnt the time, or hand to miouth at best. Just my opinion.
