North Dakota | All I seem to hear is the world is awash in wheat, it is raised everywhere so our record low plantings don’t matter and we are overpriced comparatively. Not much else is ever offered as far as valuable info. The market moves lower in massive shifts and crawls up in relation to other markets. Petro, corn, beans, Russia/Ukraine or anything else doesn’t seem to influence it much. It appears to be a dead market unhitched from price discovery. Especially HRSW which in the early morning podcasts often isn’t mentioned or has no bid yet. Maybe we should just let the world raise it, US markets source it overseas? Jump on the corn/bean train 100% and have the whole of the United States producing only 2 crops? | |
