Curious - 7/5/2026 07:45 The Dealership and I believe the manual on my Vermeer says to oil while "hot" after use. I believe the idea is to minimize dirt attraction while running.
It also helps the oil get pulled into the rollers on the chain as it cools off instead of being slung off of a running chain.
If at all possible we always oil chains right before we quit for the day.
