Subject: RE: Minerals in general

There’s also data to suggest that hybrid food crops and newer varieties in general bred to maximize production are void of nutrition compared to heirloom varieties. Plus the food we eat is highly processed. Like flour from the store is missing like 30 nutrients in fresh milled flour. You can be fat as a tick and nutrient deficient.

I penned some cattle up where a pond went dry and their diet switched from short grass and some cotton seed every few days to hay and cotton seed daily, Mineral consumption went up 300% Atleast.

As for sleep, the wife got me some essential oil called “valor” rub a little on your temples before bed and it helps with snoring. I’ve noticed that I sleep like a baby when I use it. I’ve been on magnesium for a long time also as part of a blood pressure program.
