I talked to a person a few months ago. They were making north of $50 an hour, limited supervision and the boss was not concerned with how the job was done or the quality of work. They got a paid day off for every 9 days worked.. Paid holidays. Pension and insurance. They could duck out early with no penalty.
They thought they were over worked and underpaid.
