I recently learned that Magnesium L-threonate is the only form of magnesium that crosses the blood-brain barrier, so it is recommended (by those who know).
I’ve been on it for perhaps two weeks. I cannot say( as yet) that I notice anything positive or negative. Was taking Magnesium Glycinate. I got the threonate at GNC ‘cause I wanted it pronto. Whatever you do, if you seek it: do so online: save a boat load of money over GNC price.
