Well yes, I was exposed to Berberine some 5 months or so ago, and researched it. On another note, I sent Nick some tidbits about Berberine Phytosome via dylan at his website since he may not be aware; the twenty year old paper he cited would have used standard Berberine, not Berberine Phytosome. He might be clueless about Berberine Phytosome.
But in regards to various topics, there is still a lot of 'missing' information about the diversity of bacteria in our gut that may act elsewhere in our bodies. And of course, there are marketing gurus (snake oil salespeople) promoting nothing burgers, along with those Youtubers who don't know Jack Schmidt. |
