Realise Bryce canyon is at 8000 ft + elevation. Zion is above 6000 I believe, so weather can be very iffy in winter

We went in May one year. Zion weather was perfect. At Bryce, it snowed 6 in and the high was 30 degrees.....in MAY

As others said Arches is also very good, but is also at about 5000 ft.

North rim of Grand Canyon closes in winter i think, and since the lodge burned iam not sure whats left there
