northeastern Ohio | I bought a 9000 btu Turbro mini split about a year ago when they were on sale for $300. Finally got around to installing it last week.
Installed pretty easy. But when it was time to vacuum the lines, it took a fitting that I didn't have on my ac gauges. Ordered an adapter and got it vacuumed out a few days later.
It was supposed to be pre-charged but there was no gas when the valve was opened. It takes R32, which seems to be hard to find locally. I ordered a can of it and it arrived yesterday.
I will have to update this story when I have time to charge it up. | |
