Here’s one you ain’t gonna hear from anybody else; form an LLC, and give them units of ownership over time, with a suitable vesting schedule, once you find one you think worthy. Did this with our agency office manager 15 years ago, she’s happy, We’re happy. Would have been screwed if she’d left, she’s that valuable.
