coast of Maine | Teach84,Hey,I had to take Latin in high school.I at that young age could not figure out why .Still cannot.It was only a couple years later that they dropped the entire idea.then they wanted French and I was as well perplexed.Im wondering if they finally realized that Spanish should be the one.Deutz9130,it will be a tough search especially the CDL desire.The only way it works for us is being in the H2a system.Even in that you will have your challenges.Search out another ag employer whom is in the H2A system for family referrals .The other way that really works quite well(99% of business do this ) is poach the ideal employee from another.Offer 2 x more pay,vacation etc.I hired an excellent employee from the education system,the boss said"she wont work for you",,,It is amazing when one offers more $$ and equal bennies how quick they will change. | |
