Your church. Ask around.
Do you know any teachers, administrators in your local school?
Keep an ear out for veterans getting out of the service.
Know any teachers at an Ag school? Heck, contact the Dean at the school of ag and ask for leads. Dean should at least connect you to someone who knows the students.
Ask grandparents in your community about kids...
Talk to the coaches at you local school.
