Here the common place to look is South Africa. Farmers agronomy outfits, everyone is hiring them. 9 months a year so you don't have to pay them in the winter. I'd assume you could try the other options as suggested. Wages and benefits may make you rethink the plan though. Not gonna get much for what some people think labor is worth in 2026.
