here in iowa, its hard to sell. Iowa has set a low thc limit, and most places that get tested fail. I got some for my elderly dog, from an internet site, and he acted like he was high. I have no idea what illinois limit is, but they sell the crap out of it there, but weed is also legal there.
What is this CBD stuff ?
