CNY | If you have never hired an employee before just know this. You will go through 9 before you get a really good one. If you have one and they’re just there, not really that good, don’t be afraid to try someone new. Once you get a really good one, and you start making plans for the future with them. Remember how much it sucked with all the bad employees, and know that the really good one will probably be gone much sooner than you want, and probably because of something out of your control.
