I have a 36k single zone Mr cool diy cooling my shop. 40x60x18ft ceiling keeps it very nice if i'm not opening doors and and keep the window shades down. Never tried to use the heat on it though.
Nice thing about Mr. Cool is you don't need a HVAC guy to install or charge. I've had it four years no problem.
