Manola,Ab, Ca | I have had the one gallon one for three or four or more years. The on off switch failed in the first year or two. I believe a replacement was available but I being impatient, just bypassed the switch and turn it on and off by removing replacing the battery.
It works ok but hardly holds enough pressure to get a good spray pattern during continuous spraying. If you are cycling the spray wand off and on spot spraying it builds a little more pressure and then when you first open the wand it sprays a better pattern.
It works ok around the yard.
I think I still have a 12v pump from a different project and I’m thinking of putting together a little sprayer for the bigger areas like the driveway and along hedge rows. My lawn should probably be sprayed again for broadleaf weeds like dandelions and clover but it really doesn’t bother me and the wife hasn’t complained about it so it’s on the back burner for now.
I will try and answer any questions you have about the Ryobi. I would probably buy another if needed, since I have the battery system. | |
