You can dispute a credit card charge if you have an online account. You will get your money refunded right away. The merchant will have 90 days to clear it up. Not sure how it could end up in your situation, but pretty sure you could get them to send you a return label and send it back. I am sure if you dispute it you will get some contact. They will take it out of the merchant account and credit you back. For sure they will have to prove that they didn't sell you something that was described wrong. Can't be any different then ordering a size 12 shoe and getting a size 6. I've canceled one time because of an order that wasn't right and couldn't get response. When I canceled and they got order corrected, it was harder to change the payment back then it was to dispute it. |
