My wife claims that in the parade there was an American flag that had blue and white stripes with a black stripe in the middle. I can't find any such flag or any comments regarding such a flag.
Are you sure it wasn’t black and white stripes with one blue in the middle? Then it would be a “thin blue line” flag.
