Was declared here a month ago, Got the final answer on water allotments on April 9 th,, we're only getting 70% at best for a water allotment. Already cut out a percentage of the farm to not grow anything.  Will hopefully use the summer for weed control, moving a few thousand yards of dirt-reshaping the field, and picking rocks out of those acres.

Still pay full $45/acre for the acres set aside for lack of water. No choice on paying the water taxes still owe entire amount. (already paid first 1/2 of water taxes 2 weeks ago)
