With gold I always remember a seminar that I went to awhile back. He said what do you do with gold? Do you go to hardware store and shave 50$ off a bar? If you do have a small hoard, you are probably going to get hit over the head by somebody that wants it all. If you don’t own the physical, all you have s a promise that someone, somewhere has the gold you purchased. So I struggle with gold. Silver is alittle easier to buy and sell with as a oz is a more doable amount. I agree that land is only as good as the records at the courthouse. | |
