This area doesn’t have a huge impact on markets, but already too late to be the sort of yields we’ve had around here the last too falls. Too late of a start, too many drowned out places, etc. there was corn being replanted in this area this week, and quite a few replant and first time plant beans went in. Just been too wet.
All that said, a lot of stuff is starting to look pretty decent, but hurt too much from water to be top tier yields. I suspect a lot of nitrogen is gone to get corn to the end as well. Could be a decent year (to early to determine) but not gonna be fantastic like ‘24 and ‘25.
