It's "only" 20 acres, but it's a fun distilling experiment. f
Anyway. Heads 3/4 blank. Stalks falling over. Tiny, seeds. Gonna plant beans into it tomorrow and deal with the fallout. I don't know what happened. March freeze. Rain at pollination, who knows. This would be the 2nd time I've had rye fail like this.
Is this rye “failure” similar to your other parallel year? Is it a variety issue that maybe you could talk to your distiller about |
