Is he right? I hope not but suspect so. As a soybean producer and seller, I hope all the negatives are wrong.
As far as my own health, why take the chance when the saturated fat fear has been debunked? And why eat something high in energy and almost devoid of any other nutritional value other than energy? I don't have any shortage of energy consumption anyway.
I also hope if he is right, technology finds a way to make it more healthy. The world needs a low cost source of human energy even if I don't. And I'll have soybeans to sell this fall. I have confidence technology will find a way, if or when the problem is acknowledged in the mainstream.
