Hopefully they are minimal or not significant, but sometimes they are. It is always a matter of risk or negative effects vs benefits. Even if it is something as common as Alieve or aspirin or other commonly used stuff. Even or maybe especially supplements.
I try to avoid any prescription medicine unless there's a clear benefit and good risk/benefit. In my crudgmudgen old age, I question it all. | |
