And the older we get, it is sooooo easy to just park ourselves in the easy chair. Wife and I have had this discussion multiple times.
I have to make myself do exercises. It is so boring for me. I'm definitely not a gym rat. But I think it is very important as we age to not quit moving. Fall prevention, bone strength, mitochondrial function and health all depend on using our muscles and brain.
