 Pittsburg, Kansas | Two week study. Right.
I walked about a mile and and a half today in the mountains near My Rainier. And ate 4 sausage patties, 4 eggs, a half pound of hamburger, some bacon and cheese, about a half pound of pork rib meat, some goat cheese along with some veggies like onions and pickles. Is that enough exercise and high enough calories to meet their good health requirements for the keto meal usage?
If it is, by their standards, I'm good.
