Why? Those consumers will get the same mpg and possibly a little better performance burning e-15..
Those same uninformed consumers will drive 5, 10, 15...20 miles to the next town to save $0.05/gallon on 87 octane thinking that they've really saved some money.
We still need HR 1346 Nationwide E-15 passage with reforms.
