Doesn't that stuff spoil, or rot or otherwise deteriorate in quality when exposed to air ( oxygen ) like silage materials? If it does what do you do, mix the rotten stuff with the good stuff and other silage materials? We fed wet brewers grain from Strohs ( formerly Schlitz) brewery in Winston-Salem , for many years. We kept it in a small concrete bunker and covered it with silo plastic just like one would cover a corn silage bunker. Very little feed was ever lost covered like that. Any small amount that did become deteriorated was discarded and never fed nor mixed with any good feedstuffs.
