If you are not the landowner then you are correct, there is nothing you can do. The decision belongs to the landowner.
If you are the landowner you can opt out if you are eligible for a base acre increase. You cannot pick and choose what commodity base you want your new additional base acres assigned to. That is determined based on planted acres between 2019 and 2023. | |
