Mosaic cut production in the US and Brazil in May and June because of high prices of sulfuric acid. Low prices at the gulf are relative terms. China is selling urea and phosphorus stockpiles on the open market. The government investigations into Mosaic will continue even after Morocco’s tariffs are finished. The fee to companies are on thin ice.
