The farm fest said it best, it is a wine cellar. I've made way more off stocks in my 55 years of farming and stocking. Row croping is turning into the the dairy. It's sad, but it it the reality. First cows, then hogs, now the row crops. There is no such thing as a small self sustainable operation.
