Yes, I am getting old.   All of us are getting older.  Every single day we are getting older.

Yes, high school boys are still the same age as high school boys have always been.  And I understand that high school boys will like to chase girls.  But that doesn't mean high school boys are going to show up to toss bales into a barn just because you have some good-looking girls around.  Sure, they might show up to be around the girls.  But that doesn't mean they are there to work.  What high school boys are more likely to do..... ask you why you are baling with a round baler.... or better yet... ask you why you are baling with a big square baler.... then those high school boys will be willing to drive the loader to pick the bales up and stack them on the wagon or truck to haul to the barn..... then drive the loader to stack the bales in the shed.   Sure, those high school boys would be willing to put in hay or straw,  if you are willing to invest in the mechanization to take the grunt work out of making hay.  

High school boys haven't changed a lot. They are going to challenge you to get with the times, find ways to mechanize, make life a bit easier. That is what high school boys will do.
