I’m headed out to the lake house for the weekend. It will appreciate in value more than over priced farm ground and provide entertainment at the same time. Selling premium and walking away. As long as farmers keep pushing the easy button and planting every square inch every year to corn and soybeans, premium selling wins. It is a very predictable market
