| Sounds like just the ai part is the problem? A lot of noise making toys when I was growing up never seemed to have batteries in them for some reason. Would be willing to bet the microchip in that toy is very fragile, and kids will be kids. It wouldn’t be as functional as a gi joe or barbie after the accident, but it would be a figurine all the same minus the electronic component. If the gift giver asks you can tell them it quit working and you like how your child plays with it better without the ai. Rarely does anyone follow up with how a child’s toy got broken. | |
