Mosaic petitioned the commerce dept. in summer 2020 that the governments of Morocco(largest phosphate producer in the world) and Russia were unfairly subsidizing their producers. The commerce dept. between fall 2020 and spring 2021 agreed and put on countervailing duties/tariffs.
