Nah, it's just the disengenuousness. "Oh look, they got some Dr's in an add saying that Camels irritate your throat less" So to consensus of all Dr's must be that Cigarettes don't cause cancer. 

See what you did there? First of all, most Dr's in the 1940's didn't know that cigarettes caused cancer. It was the EXPERTS who were doing the studies and making the connections.
