I just used heavy welder cord but I'm running t50's so 50amps was enough. Then ran extension cords everywhere I needed 110v. But if I was using conduit I like emt as it doesn't expand and contract like PVC but will rust if using a lot of fertilizer around it. So it's a what issues would you rather deal with.
