West-Central IL
I'll just chime in to agree that last year, with the southern rust here in west central Illinois it was amazing what could be seen from the air.

One of my favorite things to do with a pilots license is to fly over fields weekly starting at brown silk. Can find many things besides just fungicide items.

The "green on brown" that Ron mentioned was very distinct, as were the different variations of application errors.

I had major striping from helicopter applications, which we settled up on this winter. (Swath was about 5'-6' to wide every pass) The machine did many acres between the two different timings in which my fields were sprayed.
It was reported that no other customers had complained, I believe few ever look.

But last year it was obvious.
