| We paid $30-35 an hour 10 years ago. Couple of football players and rodeo roughnecks. I was 59 and could outwork 3-4 of them without even trying and they were good for 1 or 2 loads. Biggest joke I ever saw. All they had to do is carry a bale to the front of the wagon and drop it. Period. Took them at least 1 minute per bale. Never bothered with anyone since and I could still outwork any of them and probably all of them. (and that isn't saying much) I don't know anyone that can find kids that will work. The good ones have a job. | |
