Strasburg, ND | Buy a used tractor or combine with 700-1,000 hours. Take the extra $100,000-$300,000 left over and buy Deere or Cat stock.
Sit back and smile at both for the next 3 or 5 years. Just think ahead the loan is paid off and now you get to look at your stock gains and dividend payments. The tractor or combine will still probably be worth about what you paid for it, if new keeps going up.
