SWMN, Buffalo Ridge | My two daughters are very pretty and were awesome help. Stick them in the mow with the boys and loads went fast, cause the boys weren’t going to be outworked. I was always liberal with the time and rate, and provided meals afterwards. No daughters to help this year, and I will probably pay $30-35/hr. It’s a hot, hard job and I want kids to feel a sense of accomplishment and reward. | |
