SE ND
Right or wrong last year due to a multitude of factors (working a day job, storm damage, tender trailer setup) we didnt get to post beans until mid-late July and there was a single day with wind below 20moh for 2 weeks and i sprayed 43oz liberty with 3lb AMS until 1am. Granted it was a fairly warm humid evening/night but it was essentially 100% kill on some pretty tall/tough kochia and ragweed. So now I tend to go by the temp+humidty being as close to 150 matters a lot more than specifically 9am-5pm. Your results may vary but I dont really worry about time of day with liberty anymore. Check temp and humidty and if its above 125-130ish I spray. It might be another week before we get another chance.
