Western Ontario | Grandma said you can catch more flies with honey than you can with vinegar…..I’d go to the other landowner and say hey, I’ll pay for the survey, I’ll pay for clearing, I’ll pay for the fence, nothing out of your pocket give me a right of first refusal on the land, If you buy it he doesn’t owe you anything, if it gets sold to somebody else you get 50% of all your costs which will be on the high side, if you get in a pissing match you’ll probably never own it. | |
