WC IL | No kidding. I guess I'm old, I put up a lot of hay for $.50 an hour, thought I had gone to heaven when I got $1.00 an hour and then $.01 a bale. And took my own water.
Last time I tried to hire help for square bales was probably 30 years ago. Couldn't find a single kid who would do it for $10 an hour. And that was for straw. Last kid I actually hired was the high school stud athlete. He was puking before the second load was empty. | |
