NEMO
The first 80 that I bought, the previous owner had cleared the old fence along the county road and built new. Three years later I bought it and two years after that I was informed there was a 20ft. by 20ft. wetland that he had drove his dozer through clearing the old fence (just inside of the fence line where the main ditch left the property).I was threatened with a $10k penalty and being kicked out of FSA programs and crop insurance. This was informed an area that couldn't be farmed if you wanted to. I asked for a re-evaluation from the state audit was determined to not be a wetlands area because the adjacent property did not have a determination. I was quite nervous for a bit.
