In all reality high school boys haven’t changed. Want a bunch of them to do nasty work on a week with 100+ heat he’s on the right track. Not encouraging under age drinking but back in the 80s a case of beer after the work didn’t hurt either. Of course you could offer $5 an hour and see who shows up but I’m betting you get no help that way
